Senior Consultants will be closed for the Thanksgiving holidays on November 22nd and 23rd and for the Christmas holidays from December 24th through January 1st, returning to the office on January 2nd. Michael Blaker will be returning to the office on January 7th.

Sale of the week! Michael sold $400,000 of annuities to a husband and wife. After the annuity sale and during the transfer he set another appointment to discuss annuity arbitrage. The clients loved the idea. The applications were signed and the life insurance process began. Remeber this was after the annuity sale. The annuities were issued and delivered. Within 30 days of delivery of the annuities the offer came in for the life insurance. The annuites were sent back in and re-issued for a lower amount with the difference sent to the client. By they way, the clients estate grew by $500,000 plus both clients got LTC and terminal illness insurance.
